Scan2CAD.online is the service brand for this website. Contact: support@scan2cad.online. This website is independent of the Scan2CAD desktop software vendor and does not claim affiliation or authorization.
Current service and planned features
The current free converter extracts DXF outlines from supported images and the first page of a PDF, within the limits displayed on the upload form. It does not promise editable text, semantic dimensions or engineering accuracy. Native CAD editing with prepaid credits is planned and is not open for purchase. Manual assessment is a separate pilot service.
Your drawings and account
Only upload files you own or are authorized to process. You retain your rights in your files and authorize us to process them to provide the requested service. Keep account access secure and do not upload malware or use the service unlawfully. Download results before the stated expiry.
Planned credit rules
When launched, credits will only pay for software editing within Scan2CAD.online. They will not be transferable, redeemable for cash or usable for third-party goods or services. This does not prevent an eligible purchase refund. Credit quantities, prices and any validity period must be disclosed before purchase. No paid credits are being sold now.
Quotes and delivery
The intended workflow quotes each editing task before confirmation, reserves the quoted credits, and deducts them after successful processing. Failed tasks release reserved credits; internal retries are not charged again. Added scope requires a new quote. A successfully generated file is not an engineering acceptance certificate.
Payments and refunds
We plan to use Paddle for software credit purchases, subject to approval and integration. For transactions actually completed through Paddle, the checkout terms and applicable buyer terms also apply. Our Refund Policy includes full refunds requested within 14 days for entirely unused purchased packs, without limiting statutory consumer rights. We do not currently accept credit purchases.
Reliability and changes
Review outputs before manufacturing, construction or other engineering use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular engineering purpose. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material service or policy changes will be communicated on this website and, when applicable, to affected account holders.
